Yep, I have been there. Last September they came to our door. They swore it was all legal. They called the insurance company and it was under way...so we thought. Our adjustor came out and said there wasnt enough damage done for them to replace the whole roof and because of our deductible, they wouldnt be able to cut us a check. CSI told us they would not make us pay them and they would waive all the charges because of the hassel. We kept having a contractor call us trying to get us to take the roof to court. Finally my husband got nasty and said he would take legal action if they didnt leave us alone. In September when we check the BBB they had an A rating. In October they had an F rating with a waring to contact the Attorney General if you had problems with them. For once I am happy our deductible on our house is so high!!!
