Colorado Springs Police have arrested a man, they say, engaged in a sexual relationship with a young girl.
Police say 30 year old Jeffery Carrier posed as a 21 year old man on the internet. That's how he met the 13 year old girl, who was posing as an 18 year old.
According to police the two had agreed to meet and then went to Carrier's house, where there was sexual contact.
Carrier was identified and interviewed earlier this month through a photograph had sent to the girl, which her parents then gave to police.
