Power has been restored to all customers in Canon City.
At the height of the outage, 2,600 customers were without power. Earlier, Black Hills Energy reported that customers in Pueblo were also without power; that was a technical error on their website. Customers in Pueblo never lost power.
Black Hills Energy still does not know what caused the outage.
