Cause of Death Determined In Woman's Body Found

The Bent County Sheriff's Office says a woman's body was found in Las Animas near Highway 194 Monday.
Lt. Rider with the Bent County Sheriff's Office says they received a missing persons report at 8 a.m. Tuesday for 36-year-old Jessica Woodstock Wilkison. By 9 a.m., sheriff's deputies located Wilkison's body on the south side of the levy near mile marker 19 on Colorado Highway 194.
The Bent County Coroners Office determined the cause of death to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Wilkison's body was transported to the Horber Funeral Home in Las Animas.

I am sorry to hear you felt this way Jessica I wish this could of been prevented. To the family may god be with you in your time of grief and I feel this is not the place to express your feelings about what happened but a place to let the family know that she will be missed. She will be missed by all who knew and cared for her.

It would be nice if before someone says anything that they know the real story and as for this story this is not the right story the times and the days are not even right the only thing that is right is her name and where she was found. As for the LT. that was listed was not even there. So as for this story it is wrong and if you want some of the story that is right go to the Bent County Paper and then you might get some of the story and back off I was a freind of hers and no one knows what was going on but freinds and your comments are bull.
