Twenty-three-year-old Joshua Dunlap was one of 20 U-S soldiers
wounded when attackers shot down a Chinook helicopter near
Fallujah, Iraq on Sunday.

The attack left 15 other soldiers dead, including four from Fort
Carson.

Dunlap has already undergone one surgery at Ramstein Air Base in
Germany. He's expected to be flown to Walter Reed Army Hospital in
Washington, D.C.

Dunlap has been in Iraq since March with the Cavalry Regiment
Advance Party.

His mother says Dunlap was also hit in the leg by mortar fire
October 29th and required several stitches.
