While kids were saying "boo" for Halloween, even scarier, some people were "boo"-zing and getting behind the wheel.
State law enforcement agenies say they made 107 DUI arrests last night and they're expecting more tonight.
The arrests are part of a Halloween crackdown with more than 440 officers from State Patrol and 49 different sheriffs and police departments working overtime.
The larger number of arrests could be because the holiday fell on a weekend night.
Last year, when Halloween fell on a Thursday, the state had 74 arrests.
