More Terrorists to Supermax?

The director of the Federal Bureau of Prisons wants to build 24 new cells at the Supermax prison in Florence to house convicted terrorists.

Some terrorists have already been moved to the facility since
the September Eleventh terrorist attacks.

Convicted ``Unabomber'' Ted Kaczynski and Ramzi Yousef, who masterminded the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center, were both sent there.

Prisons director Harley Lappin is requesting 23 million
dollars from Congress to build 24 new super-secure cells.

New York attorney Bernard Kleinman represents Yousef. He says
Colorado's Supermax facility has become the prison of choice for

Billed as having a capacity of 490, Supermax held 389 prisoners
last week.
