A system producing heavy snow in the central mountains arrives in SE Colorado overnight Sunday into Monday bringing moisture, windy conditions and colder temperatures. Snow showers will be possible across the I-25 corridor to start the day. This system will produce bands of snow through the day Monday. Areas under these bands will see periods of heavy snowfall which, with windy conditions, could create travel difficulties. Several inches of accumulation will be possible in areas where these bands develop. For more information click the ‘Weather’ tab...
Legal experts say Kobe Bryant's lawyers would have a tough time presenting evidence that his accuser had mental problems months before her encounter with him in Colorado.
Loyola University Law Professor Laurie Levenson says any such
evidence would only be useful if it indicates an ongoing problem.
And Florida attorney Roy Black says the law is clear on one
thing -- the woman's prior sexual history.
He says that's off limits as evidence unless the woman
previously had sex with Bryant.
The N-B-A star is charged with felony sexual assault on a
19-year-old hotel employee. He's scheduled to appear in an Eagle
County courtroom August Sixth.
