I would like to respond to the few who decided to include my name in the comment section of this story. The story was about bounty hunter kicking the wrong door down, the story never mentioned my name. I don't hide under ficticious names, and spread propaganda about others. When deciding to cast stones make sure you don't have past. I am aware that most of these comments were from bonds people, lacking self esteem to properly indentify themselves. If any bonds people would like to discuss my license or the stone casters, please fill free to call. Once again before leaving a comment, make sure its true, concerning I did not file taxes, fill free to come into my son Dennis Blackwell's office and he would be more that happy to show the tax returns and the Profit and Loss Statements for the last seventeen years. Sincerely Homer Blackwell

Wow Dave! That information is really useful. I would really love to know what felony that was. He just hides it well, or atleast hid it. But it is catching up to him fast!

The real problem is that Larry broke the law. The second problem is Larry was employed by Its A Bond Thing, which Tracy owns. The third problem is Tracy is the instructor who so called trained Larry. The last problem is Larry was bonded out of jail in 2008, on felony charges by Tracy. So in closing, Tracy is just as guilty as Larry for hiring Larry to bounty hunt, while she has him on a felony bond. Very poor judgment.

Well Barbie, I can agree with some of your statement, but the are a few things you forgot to add on "profession". You forgot to mention utilizing techniques taught in those mandated coarses to preform a job properly and legally. If this a coarse not all are to attend, and Tracy taught Larry, then Tracy is just as guilty as Larry for allowing this proposterous behavior by her employee. So here's one of the three fingers you mentioned pointing back at you, I'm sure if you had responded a little more sooner than this you would've had more because you are way off on this. It's more than regulations, or your definition of profession, it's the lack of professionalism in this field that requires the "profession" you talked about.

Homer's license was suspended for not filing state tax returns. It is a matter of public record. http://www.dora.state.co.us/insurance/enforcement/2009/O09014.pdf There are good and bad in every field. This one is simply more visable because it is a high-profile profession. There are numerous providers for the 16 hour state mandated P.O.S.T. certified class for bail enforcement. The course is the same one for everybody and it is ALL that is required. Anything a person does beyond what is required is up to them. Just because somebody trained a person whether in a class or on the street does not make them responsible for a person's subsequent actions. It is up to each of us to know what we can and can't legally do. That is what the class teaches. Beyond that it requires prudence & judgment on the part of the agent. I don't think anybody that has posted here has a right to point fingers at the others. Just remember that when you do so you are pointing three back at yourself.

Concerning my dad Homer Blackwell the charges fro bribing a jailer IS FALSE, PULL THE COURT RECORDS, SPEAK TO THE SHERIFF OF PUEBLO OR TO HIS ATTORNEY. Get your facts correct before you comment."

Jondoe. Be man or woman enough to report your name. Let’s think who would write a comment and direct it from Pueblo? First mistake nobody in Pueblo knows about a lawsuit with the ins. company so that brings us back to Co. Springs, while on the subject how many of you can write a check for 453,000.00 dollars? Lets let everybody know why we had to write the check. Lexington Ins. wanted us to keep a certain bondsman in Colo. Springs supplied with powers and Lexington put our money in care of a Denver bond agent. They won breach of contract we quit without notice, we lost we paid ONE lump sum. Then we have Tracy. How many times have you bonded your husband out of jail for Domestic Violence? Do you remember the Colo. Dept. of Labor when you tried to sue for overtime? I recall the Dept. saying your claim was erroneous. Lets just hit on the subject about the false reporting wasting the Sheriff’s time. Report 09-2207 your friend Caressa Kell admitted to making prank phone calls to my office

Isn't it easy to dis on Tracy when Homer Blackwell lost his license for bribing the jailers in Pueblo, and I wonder if her insurance ever sued their own agant and won, like someone we all know.

Tracy, Don't bring the Titus kids into your conversation!!!....If you want to talk about the TITUS kids, call me on the phone, they have nothing to do with bounty hunting nor were they trained to bounty hunt by you.....Janice Titus

why does that tracy care some much about making up reasons for this and that. if there is nothing to worry about then there shouldn't be a need for a guilty conscience

As a Bounty Hunter of six years, it is in my opinion that when forcible entry is used, you had better come out with your runner. As a rule of thumb, my partner and I use the theory that if there is even a 1% chance that the runner is NOT in the residence we DO NOT enter, there is always another day. I believe that the individual bounty hunter is a direct product of the one who trained them. Face the fact, if you are in it for the money and you do not have the gut that it takes to predict your runner’s next move, then my suggestion to that person is to get out of the business! I am in no way going to judge Larry Myles. Every bounty hunter without exception has or will make a bad judgment call in their career time. The fake bounty hunter will be brought to light through his or her own actions. Ernest Hemingway once wrote, “There is no hunting like the hunting of man, and those who have hunted armed men long enough and liked it, never care for anything else there after”.

Wow guys... Temper temper. Pretty funny how it is all a result of bad training...Scotty, Will, The Titus kids, Your two night time bond writers, seems I trained them all did'nt I? So if the training was so bad, how are you so good? Larry messed up big time. No doubt about that. As a matter of fact, the lady who bonded out her kids whom Larry was seeking, bonded her daughter out of jail last night, through me, and she was appalled at how this was blown out of proportion. Anyways, I know every one of your guys has kicked in a door or two. Oh and by the way, she listed the same address once again on her paperwork. So much for it being the wrong address. As for harassing the Blackwells, ask the Sheriffs department if they apprieciate you wasting their valuable time with false reports.I won't waste my time with these comments anymore as I have more important things to do..Will, I hope you get on TV like you want, Scotty too, you both are good guys. have a great night! I am! Tracy

Bonds men are for a reason. Larry on the other hand does believe he is above everyone else. I will agree with Sarah on that one. I have known him for four years and I have heard and seen the undermining things he did to people. He ran an apartment complex for a couple of years and used it to one run criminal checks on potential residents in order to arrest them. And to sleep with the tenants. In saying that I had to laugh when I read this story for he is looking at embezzlment charges and now this. If any one deserved this it is him.
