A Colorado Springs bail bondsman who allegedly kicked in the wrong door won't be facing any charges.
Last month Larry Myles entered an apartment to arrest two people. It happened at the Pinon Apartments on the east side of Colorado Springs.
Police say the apartment was leased to a co-signer of a bond Myles was attempting to take into custody, but that person wasn't at home at the time.
Myles was originally charged with First Degree Criminal Trespass but following further investigation all charges against him have been dropped.
*Editor's note: the company originally reported as the employer, "It's a Bond Thing" tells KKTV 11 News Myles is not and never has been employed by their company.
