After 6 months of uncertainty, the Colorado Springs Philharmonic opened to a full house.

Like many symphonies across the country, the Springs Symphony Orchestra went bankrupt earlier this year.

But now, they're back at the Pikes Peak Center.

They received $580,000 in donations from the community in 5 months.

Musicians also agreed to a 30 percent pay cut to keep the group alive.

The concert was sold out and a quarter of a million dollars in season tickets have also been sold.
