Colorado Springs police confirm to 11 News a bomb scare they were investigating most of the day in the area of 1610 N. Union Blvd. in Colorado Springs, was a false alarm.
Businesses in the area were evacuated and a school was locked down.
The bomb squad used its remote control robot to take apart one of the suspicious devices.
It turns out the pipe bomb was actually GPS devices used in a game called Geocaching.
Investigators were called to the scene this afternoon when employees of a nearby medical clinic noticed a suspicious man planting the devices in a large open field behind the building.
Police say the man will not face any charges.

Was this the Chapstick tube? Not exactly a "pipe bomb." In fact, not any kind of bomb or "device." And why was the man suspicious. It seems the cops, etc, were suspicious (for no reason). Why didn't the suspicious people of the area of 1610 N. Union Blvd ask a few questions first? Why didn't the cops investigate before concluding they had a "pipe bomb?" Why do they still refer it as a bomb and a device? More importantly, why didn't the fake "journalist" ask any of these questions? It's no mystery why we don't trust Big Media.
oh the stupidity. Beofre we know it theyre going to want us to use clear trash bags becaus they might think our trash is a roadside bomb.
See this is one reason why you have to watch for the muggles....
