The leader of a polygamist religious sect is headed for Purgatory. That's the name of the Utah facility where Warren Jeffs will be held after he's extradited from Nevada.
At a Las Vegas hearing Thursday, Jeffs agreed not to fight extradition.
The Utah charges of arranging marriages between underage girls and older men include two counts of rape by accomplice. Jeffs faces up to life in prison if convicted.
One accuser in Utah says Jeffs performed her wedding over her repeated objections. Once married, she refused to have sex with her husband for a month.
Court documents say Jeffs then ordered her to give her "mind, body and soul" to her husband. It quotes Jeffs as saying: "Go back and do what he tells you to do."
