Three Boys Scouts who got lost yesterday while on a hike have been found safe.
They were part of a bigger group of Scouts who set out on a hike on the Colorado Trail east of Fairplay Wednesday. They got ahead of their leaders and didn't meet up with them at the Buffalo Creek campground as expected last night.
Park County sheriff Fred Wegener says it looks like they kept hiking past the meeting point for about another three miles.
