After a Thursday that resembled late Summer, much colder weather is on the way. A strong cold front will surge through Southern Colorado early Friday morning. This will mean a gusty north wind, much colder temperatures, and even a few snow showers. While everyone will see the wind and colder temperatures, not everyone will see the snow showers. Between 8am and Noon, there is a chance that Woodland Park, Monument, Black Forest, Falcon, Peyton, Calhan, Northern Colorado Springs, and Denver could see some snow shower activity. While it likely won't amount to much, the stronger snow showers could produce some light accumulations. Again, it isn't a done deal that the snow will occur, but the potential is there.

The sky will clear on Friday evening and will provide for a cold Friday night. The weekend is looking good, with a cool Saturday and a warm Sunday.
