Violent weather hit the Denver metro area Thursday morning with two tornadoes being spotted near the Denver International Airport.
One tornado touched down in a wheat field near the airport, but it did not cause any damage.
Heavy rain and hail pelted the metro area as the storm moved through. A huge funnel cloud was spotted near Watkins, just east of the airport.
This one did not form into a tornado and it dissipated back into the clouds.
