CO Springs Bar Owner Seeks New Trial
A Colorado Springs bar owner found guilty of breaking the state smoking ban law is seeking a new trial, alleging jurors went to his business during deliberations to investigate.

This bar owner already pleaded guilty and has openly broke the law since the smoking ban was implimented. Now he wants to cost the taxpayers even more money by this frivolous contesting. I hope he gets the maximum fines plus additional cost for costing the taxpayers even more money.
