A system producing heavy snow in the central mountains arrives in SE Colorado overnight Sunday into Monday bringing moisture, windy conditions and colder temperatures. Snow showers will be possible across the I-25 corridor to start the day. This system will produce bands of snow through the day Monday. Areas under these bands will see periods of heavy snowfall which, with windy conditions, could create travel difficulties. Several inches of accumulation will be possible in areas where these bands develop. For more information click the ‘Weather’ tab...
A lawyer for the parents of slain beauty queen JonBenet Ramsey says a judge's ruling in a lawsuit may help remove suspicions that the couple killed their daughter.
U.S. District Court Judge Julie Carnes of Atlanta last week dismissed a defamation lawsuit filed by Chris Wolf. The former Boulder journalist was described as a suspect in a book the Ramseys wrote about the murder.
In dismissing the lawsuit, Judge Carnes says there is no evidence showing the parents killed Jonbenet. She said there is plenty of evidence to support the Ramsey's belief that an intruder killed their six year old daughter.
Nobody has been charged in the death of Jonbenet whose body was
found in the family's Boulder the morning of December 26, 1996.
Investigators have never cleared the Ramseys
