Arrangements still are pending for two U.S. Marines killed in fighting in Iraq who have connections in Colorado.
Officials say the body of 22 year old Lance Corporal Thomas J. Slocum of Thornton has not yet arrived in the United States. His family has established a memorial account for him. Contributions can be made at any Vectra Bank branch to the Thomas J. Slocum memorial fund.
Services for Corporal Randal Rosacker, who was born in Alamosa, are expected to be at the First United Methodist Church of Alamosa next week but the exact date has not been set.
