As a result of the national alert status being raised to "Orange" (High Alert), the city of Colorado Springs is implementing a sign-in system for both visitors and city staff members. This system is in place for all city offices and administration facilities.

  • All visitors must sign-in with the building security staff and present a valid picture ID, preferably a valid driver's license
  • All City and Colorado Springs Utilities employees will be required to present proper identification, preferably their City/CSU ID badges or a valid driver's license

These new procedures are now in effect for the following facilities:

  • City Hall at 107 N. Nevada
  • City Administration Building at 30 S. Nevada
  • All other City administration facilities
