The Colorado Springs Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit has arrested two Colorado Springs men for allegedly sexually exploiting children.

The ICAC, as part of the Colorado ICAC Task Force, concluded a four-month investigation with the arrest of 23-year-old Cory M. Stoffel for Sexual Exploitation of Children, a class four felony and Accessory to a Crime, a class six felony.

During the course of this investigation, ICAC detectives say they found sexually exploitative images and videos of children on Stoffel's laptop.

Authorities say Stoffel was often accompanied by 40-year-old Tony Ray Lester. Lester is a Sexually Violent Predator wanted by the State of Virginia.

Lester has been charged with Fugitive from Justice and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, a class six felony.

Stoffel and Lester were arrested at the same time at a home in Eastern El Paso County. They are being held at the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center.

There were no local victims identified in the images or videos during the investigation.
