Solider And Wife Arrested for Sexual Exploitation Of Children
A four month investigation, led by the Colorado Springs Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children, ends in the arrest of two people, including a Ft. Carson soldier.

A four month investigation, led by the Colorado Springs Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children, ends in the arrest of two people.

Fort Carson confirms to 11 News Charles Brassfield is an Army Sergeant with the Second Brigade Combat Team, Fourth Infantry Division.

Charles and Jocelyn Brassfield are accused of distributing sexually exploitative images and video of children. Charles has been charged with a class three felony, sexual exploitation of children. Jocelyn has been charged as an accessory to a crime, a class five felony.

Charles Brassfield was arrested by investigators with the U.S. Army Criminal Investigations Division at Ft. Carson.

It is always disturbing when someone that our communities should respect commit an act like this. Anyone who commits this sort of crime deserves the worst punishment possible. How can you exploit the most innocent in our society? You are sick people and deserve a life behind bars to suffer for this.
