Two american red cross supervisors working in new orleans have been dismissed in what investigators are calling a major shake-up.
One of them is Patrick Keena of the Pikes Peak chapter of the Red Cross.
Keena was a paid Red Cross volunteer and had been affiliated with the organization for 25 years.
Keena was in charge of the organization's food and shelter operation during the Hurricane Katrina disaster but ignored Red Cross rules and interfeared with an internal investigation to track supplies.
Keena told volunteers in New Orleans he was leaving because of a medical emergency.
