A grand jury in Centennial is handing up a 21-count indictment, accusing three people of shooting two Colorado State University graduates to death last summer.
The indictment accuses Parish Carter, Sir Mario Owens, and Robert Keith Ray of being involved in the killings in an Aurora neighborhood.
Twenty-two-year-olds Javad Marshall-Fields and his fiance, Vivian Wolfe, were driving through an intersection June 20th when at least a dozen shots rang out, killing both of them instantly.
Marshall-Fields was scheduled to testify against Ray the following week at his trial for the 2004 shooting death of another man.
Police had previously identified Carter, Owens and Ray as "persons of interest" in the double murder.
All three are in custody.
