Guilty Plea

A former Palmer High School student is now admitting he masterminded the killings of a classmate and his grandparents.

Twenty-one-year-old Simon Ewing Sue pleaded guilty Tuesday to
three counts of conspiracy to commit murder and one count of being
involved with organized crime.

He initially pleaded innocent to first-degree murder, conspiracy
and other charges stemming from the December 2000 killings.

Authorities say Sue ordered the deaths of 15-year-old Tony
Dutcher and his grandparents to test the loyalty of members of a
small, secretive group of Palmer High students.

Sue faces up to 60 years in prison and up to one million
dollars in fines when he's sentenced July 28th.
