Arson Investigation?

Police in Pueblo say a woman whose body was found in a burning house appears to have succumbed to smoke inhalation. Firefighters found the body after extinguishing a fire at the house on Euclid Avenue.

Sergeant Elias Manzanares says officers called the fire department after noticing smoke coming from the roof tiles. Officers had responded to the house after reports of a strong chemical smell following what sounded like an explosion.

The woman's name has not been released.
