This is not properly thought through by the people who think it is needed. What if the person were to die carrying a baby full term? Oh well? Would condoms, birth control, and miscarriages become jail able offenses? All the people that had vasectomies and hysterectomies be fined or possibly arrested because of their past choices? This is a ridiculous attempt to take peoples freedoms away. If you are a religious fanatic then you would understand, God gave us free will to make our own choices and live with them our selves. If you have a friend choosing abortion talk to them, but don't make everyones choices. That is why we are a free country, to make our choice as free people what we decide to do to our bodies is our choice no one else's. For the religious person read your bible more, for those who make their own choices I hope you vote against this nonsense. Lets keep our country free!
