Drivers and business owners in downtown Colorado Springs are counting down the hours.

The Cimarron Bridge is expected to partially re-open at 12 a.m. Thursday after being closed for more than seven months.

Only 3 lanes will re-open because work still needs to be done on the median, sidewalks and bridge rails.

The entire project is expected to be complete in August

A.G. Mukasey Collapses During Speech
Attorney General Michael Mukasey collapsed during a speech Thursday night and lost consciousness, a Justice Department official said. The 67-year-old Mukasey was rushed to a local hospital, where his condition was not immediately known.
