87 days to go until the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in Beijing.

As U.S. Olympic and Paralympic hopefuls prepare for competition, they're also learning how to understand the cultural differences they may experience in China.

Travel etiquette expert Roger Axtell spoke at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs on Tuesday. Athletes learned some important tips on Chinese customs, culture and etiquette as they prepare to represent our country in Beijing.

"I think it's really helpful. For myself, there were things I didn't know and I learned some new stuff, so I think it was helpful and beneficial for the athletes," said Volleyball player Alexis Crimes.

The official sponsor of Team USA, Hilton Hotels, put on the hospitality training program.
