When this fire started it missed my friends house by only a little bit i was at a track meet and didn't know about the fire till after my meet no one knew where the fire was at we were all extremly worried and didnt know what to think like the page said is his burned over 10000 achers now and is still burnig now. We have cows on Peyton Hwy and we had to let our cows out because it was starting to burn ouy field. Our pasture is about one mile south of 94 and it has burned all that land. It totally surrounded a house but the firemen did a very good job and the house did not catch on fire at all.
