Possible Presidential Run

Former Colorado Senator Gary Hart says he's encouraged by reaction to his potential presidential bid.

The 65-year-old says he believes people are willing to look beyond the scandal that derailed his bid for the 1988 Democratic nomination.

Hart was the front-runner but was forced to quit the race after he was photographed on board a boat with model Donna Rice.

Hart says he'll decide in March whether or not to seek the 2004 nomination for president.

He has said he will give a series of policy speeches around the country on the economy, foreign policy, national security and homeland security.
