Colorado State Fair officials are crediting near-perfect weather with the big crowds that have been flocking to Pueblo for the annual event.
Officials say attendance on Saturday -- the midpoint of Fiesta Weekend -- reached about 58-thousand. That's well above the not-quite 35-thousand people who attended on the same Saturday last year.
Fair Manager Chris Wiseman says the weather isn't the only factor helping boost attendance. He says the entertainment features -- including the Professional Bull Riders event and musical events -- also are helping.
