A FLASH FLOOD WATCH will go into effect at NOON and last through MIDNIGHT from most of Southern Colorado. Scattered afternoon and evening thunderstorms will be more than capable of producing very heavy rain once again. Burn scars and areas that saw heavy rain yesterday will be under the greatest risk for flash flooding. The 11 Breaking Weather Team will be tracking this threat all day for you.
A man is suing the Denver Archdiocese for ten-million dollars, alleging that Father Harold Robert White sexually abused him when he was a young boy.
Delbert Nelson says the Archdiocese knew about the problem and kept sending father white to other parishes, including St. Mary's Cathedral in colorado springs.
Nelson, who's 53-years old now, says White, who's his godfather and close family friend, assaulted him in back in the 60's. The attorney representing Nelson says more lawsuits will be filed from other victims, including one next week.
The Archdiocese says it never comments on lawsuits.
