A Day Of Fighting Fire Near Ft. Carson
Residents of southern Colorado watched as flames chewed through thousands of acres of dry brush and trees Tuesday. Late Tuesday night, emergency crews continued to monitor the situation.

The last fire That was this big on fort carson was in the early 80's, just south of the fremont el paso county line. carson does a great job with fires on there property.

Why is it Carson has one of best track recods in the state for controled burns???? You know this was NOT a controlled burn right?? Shame on you Barb!

STOP CONTROLLED BURNS!!! Everytime Ft.Carson does a so called controlled burn, it gets out of control. Shame on you.
