An arrest has been made in a fire that caused $1,000,000 in damages. The fire started around 4:30 a.m. Saturday at an office building on Galley and Chelton, just north of the Citadel Mall. Firefighters believe the fire was started in some filing cabinets.

On Tuesday, federal agents, police and a fire investigator teamed up to arrest James Logan. They say Logan was involved in a legal case with one of the businesses in the building. He's now facing several charges, including arson, burglary and federal firearms violations.
