Snow will continue to wind down from northwest to southeast tonight, and should be mainly out of the state by Saturday morning. Heaviest snow overnight will favor areas to the south and southwest of Pueblo. Mountain locations will likely see over a foot. Watch out for icy roads, and take it slow if you have to travel.
The father of three children killed in a house fire in 2003 has been indicted on first degree murder charges. Their mother has also been arrested on theft charges relating to the fire.
Timothy Nicholls could face the death penalty if convicted on all 18-counts, which include six counts of first degree murder.
11-year old Jay, 5-year old Sophia, and 3-year old Sierra Nicholls died after the house caught fire in March of 2003.
Authorities ruled the fire arson within a matter of days of the fire, but hadn't charged anyone with the crime until now. The indictments come after a 13-week grand jury investigation.
