Colorado Springs firefighters are investigating the cause of a house fire in the 100 block of West Monroe Street around 3:30 Sunday morning.
When firefighters got to the house, they found the living room and the kitchen fully engulfed in flames. They were able to get the fire under control and put it out.
The two adults living in the house were able to get out safely. No injuries are reported.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
