After a mild Saturday, temperatures to finish the weekend will be MUCH colder! A system to our west pushes into SE Colorado overnight. Snow showers will be possible by early Sunday morning across the I-25 corridor with a change to rain and snow showers through the afternoon. Accumulation should be minimal as most moisture looks to be light and temperatures will warm into the upper 30s and 40s through the afternoon. The main impact will be the cold along with winds gusting up to 40 mph at times. Click on the 'Weather' tab for more...
It's become a waiting game for Springs counselor Jennifer Bier.
She could be arrested at any time for refusing to hand over counseling records to the Air Force on a Cadet who claims she was sexually assaulted at the Academy.
And there's some speculation over how far this could go.
One local lawyer, who is a former judge advocate with the military, says if Bier is arrested, there's the potential she could sit in jail.
He says under the uniform code of military justice, military court can differ from civilian court.
Bier's attorney Wendy Murphy disagrees, saying it's not anyone's right to look at private records.
The legal council did not file with the Supreme Court because they are waiting to see what happens next.
