Ruby Tuesday Date Drug Suspect Charged In Court
Robert Psaty, the man who was allegedly caught by a Ruby Tuesday’s waiter drugging his date, was formally charged Wednesday.

Robert Psaty, the man who was allegedly caught by a Ruby Tuesday’s waiter drugging his date, was formally charged in court Wednesday.
Psaty's charges include Attempted Second-Degree Assault - Drugging Victim, a class 5 felony; and Controlled Substance – Inducing Consumption by Fraud, a class 4 felony.
Police said Psaty, 56, met the woman through an online dating service called singlesnet.com. The two were on their first date when Psaty allegedly slipped a pill into her drink when she got up from the table.
Their water, Colt Haugen, said he saw the whole thing happen, took the drink away from the woman, and called the police. The drink later tested positive for the drug valium.
Psaty entered a plea of not guilty to both counts Wednesday. His hearing on motions is set for June 31 with a scheduled trial beginning on July 28.

Valium in combination with some of the other medications I take can easily have been a "lethal" combination and I know he knows that. That would make this "attempted murder."
