The man who dumped a 5-gallon bucket of manure on the counter of a Cheyenne Wells newspaper isn't backing down. Cheyenne County school board president Sam Mitchek says the Range Ledger has published negative letters about their school for years. A story in this week's paper was the last straw and he says he didn't know what else to do. The district's superintendent has said the paper probably deserved it. The publisher says she'll leave the manure there until Mitchek comes to clean it up but Mitchek says he's not apologizing.
