Two Arrests in Crystola Murders

Authorities have arrested two suspects on first-degree murder charges in the deaths of a Crystola couple two weeks ago.

Sheriff's deputies arrested 20-year-old Michael J. Paprocki and a 16-year-old male while they were camping in Larkspur about seven
o'clock Thursday morning. The name of the teenager was not released.

The two are suspected in the deaths of 39-year-old Stacy Dahl and her husband, 47-year-old Gary Alflen. Authorities found the bodies of the couple November Seventh inside their mountain home west of Colorado Springs. Alflen's burned-out car was recovered three days later.

The suspects are being held without bond on two counts of first-degree murder, first-degree burglary, aggravated motor vehicle theft, second-degree arson and theft. The teen is also charged with possession of a handgun by a juvenile.
