Two former C.U. students, who filed a lawsuit against the school, are asking the judge to reconsider after he dismissed their case.
Attorneys for Lisa Simpson and one other woman say the U.S. District judge may have ignored some key evidence when he threw out their suit.
The women say the school knew about sexual assaults committed by members of the football team and recruits and did nothing about it.
But the judge ruled they failed to prove their points.
