A Flash Flood Watch has been issued for *ALL* of southeast Colorado from 2pm Tuesday until 3am Wednesday. Storms will be capable of producing very heavy rain not only near area burn scars but across the region. More ski resorts are opening today thanks to those early season winter storms. Skiers are enjoying 24-hundred acres at Vail today, which opened after getting another four-and-a-half inches of snow last night. Ten lifts are operating and portions of the back bowls are open. Arapahoe Basin opened today too after getting eleven inches of snow in the last three days. Four lifts are operating. Breckenridge and Eldora opened yesterday and Keystone has added the North Peak to its open terrain.
