Six planes continue searching Wednesdat for two elderly men missing since they failed to return from a leisurely flight along the Continental Divide.

Stephen Blucher of the Civil Air Patrol says a radio signal thought to be from an Emergency Locator Transmitter was actually coming from a high-voltage power line.

Rescuers are now concentrating on an area southeast of Hoosier Pass, near Fairplay.

Eighty-one-year-old Claiborne Courtright and 77-year-old William Duffy were last heard from on Thursday, after they refueled their 1954 red and tan colored Piper Tri-Pacer airplane in Kremmling.

Blucher says the pair told airport workers they intended to fly over Hoosier Pass on their way to Canon City.
