A suspect in the brutal 2002 slayings of a Crystola couple says he's not guilty by reason of insanity.
Nineteen year-old Josiah Seth Ivy was in court Friday on charges of first degree murder, theft, arson, and others for the shooting deaths of Gary Alflen and Stacy Dahl.
He was ruled competent to stand trial in January but his lawyer says Ivy was incapable of determining right from wrong.
Another suspect, Michael Paprocki, Is currently serving back-to-back life sentences for his role.
Ivy's trial is set for June 14th.
