A federal magistrate judge has agreed to open some sealed documents In a lawsuit filed by 2 women accusing CU of using sex and alcohol to lure recruits.
Among the documents to be opened, a deposition by an investigator hired by an independent commission looking into the school's recruiting practices.
But the judge is allowing some of the deposition to be blacked out if the information discloses private matters about other individuals.
The documents should be made public next month.
