Fire officials say a blaze that destroyed part of an apartment complex early Saturday morning was arson. Colorado Springs Fire Department Lieutenant Fred Varnell says the fire did one million dollars in damage to the Chimney Ridge apartments and destroyed four units. Four others were damaged in the blaze.
Firefighters battled for two hours to control the two alarm blaze. No one was injured in the fire... but 25 residents were displaced.
