A Boulder judge ordered all grand jury materials released to the lawyer for Nathan Maxcey, a former football recruiting aide indicted for solicitation of a prostitute and embezzlement.
The material ordered released could indicte transcripts of conservations between prosecutors and grand jurors, the grand jurors attendance records and a fraud investigator's report on the university athletic department's finances.
The Boulder judge rejected a motion to suspend the case based on arguments that newspaper reports could indicate prosecutorial or some other grand mjury misconduct.
Maxey, who lives in the Dallas area, was in court but did not enter a plea.
The next scheduled court date is April First.
