A FLASH FLOOD WATCH will go into effect at NOON and last through MIDNIGHT from most of Southern Colorado. Scattered afternoon and evening thunderstorms will be more than capable of producing very heavy rain once again. Burn scars and areas that saw heavy rain yesterday will be under the greatest risk for flash flooding. The 11 Breaking Weather Team will be tracking this threat all day for you.
A new poll says Governor Owens has almost thirty percent more support than his Democratic Challenger, Rollie Heath.
The Cnn/USA Today-Gallup poll has an error margin of 4 percentage points.
It polled 807 registered voters and 619 likely voters from Oct. 30 to Nov. 2. Sixty-two percent of registered voters supported Owens, and 32 percent supported Heath. Owens' support from likely voters was the same, and Heath's was 33 percent.
