Formal charges will not be filed Wednesday, against a man suspected of sexually assaulting several people in the Denver area over the last few months.
The Denver district attorney's office says prosecutors still have work to do before the case is filed. The deadline for filing charges is Thursday.
35-year-old Brent J. Brents is accused of sexually assaulting at least six women and girls in a one-week span this month. He's also suspected of raping a woman last October, and allegedly admitted to molesting an 8-year-old boy as well.
Brents was arrested Friday night in Glenwood Springs.
He's being held at the Denver County Jail on $25 million bond.
